Tec-Cast is an aluminum investment foundry that specializes in a total concept, turnkey approach to aluminum investment castings.  This "total concept" allows us to offer rapid delivery of your products.

We manufacture all molds, tools, and fixtures in-house, which includes new CNC machining centers and up-to-date design and manufacturing programs..

All manufacturing operations including casting, heat treatment, non-destructive testing, machining, finishing, and assembly are performed in-house.

Quality Control at Tec-Cast follows the standards of Mil-I-45208, ISO 9002 (CERTIFIED), and NADCAP (CERTIFIED) quality assurance systems.

Tec-Cast also has extensive experience providing the "Rapid Prototype" process.  Most Rapid Prototype parts can be delivered in 2-3 weeks after receipt of .STL files.

Our more than thirty years of experience producing reliable, complex castings for the aerospace, military, and commercial industries enable us to typically deliver castings in 6-8 weeks with machining and finishing cycles of 2-3 weeks.

We are approved by most major aerospace contractors,
